Dear Mom and Papa,
I am sorry to inform you that I didn't do well in the recent exams. I am very upset now, but I believe it more important to understand why I didn't do well so that I could get improvement next time.
In my eyes, firstly, I didn't get sufficient preparation. I spent too much time on puter games and TV. Secondly, I wasn't careful enough in the exams. Some of the mistakes could be avoided if I paid more attention. Thirdly, I wasn't good at time management. I spent too much time on the questions I did not know and wasn't able to find the time for the easier questions that I knew by heart.
